At its meeting during the Neuroiberia2016 congress, SENEC’s Board of Directors honored the president of the SPNC and of the congress, Dr. Carlos Vara Luiz, with the title of honorary member of SENEC. This was communicated to the congress participants at the congress gala dinner.
